Within the series Fairy Tail, A girl named Lucy Heartfilia who comes from one of the richest families in her town, runs away to join a wizard guild called fairy tail. Fairy tail happens to be her favorite guild out of all of the other guilds that she could have chosen from in the other towns. The series itself is a little crazy, funny and full of action. Lucy meets friends and gets a part of a group. She and her friends go on jogs so that they can earn money and live. In her group of friends, each person can be a little controlling and one loves fish. Natsu Dragneel is the fire wizard, Gray Fullbuster is the ice wizard, Erza Scarlet or “Titania” as she is known as uses special armor and weapons, and Happy the blue flying cat. Erza rules the guild next to the guild master, Gray and Natsu argue about all the time.
Lucy can call upon celestial spirits to work alongside her. With Lucy, Natsu, Gray, Erza and Happy around, they happen to be the strongest team in the guild. They tend to be the ones chosen for dangerous missions along with maybe two more other main side characters (Gajeel and Juvia: side characters). I personally really like this series because it has all of my many of my favorite genres all rolled up in one. The story line has many childish super powers or magical powers and they also put in realist world issues or government problem and even alliance problems that a person can relate. The books are still in the process of being created so I can’t wait to finish the series, the upcoming twist and turns that I am hoping to come up all the way to the finish must be as good a the books that came out already.
